Well… mantras, chanting and prayers can help you with this. You just need to know which ones help with your situation and which one you can apply. Mantras help relax the body mind and soul. They activate your DNA, these are languages and words that are hardwired into your DNA and when you discover them and incorporate them in your daily meditation they can bring upon divine vibrations and put you in a state of trance and extreme peace. Mantras transform your consciousness. You have 2 strands of DNA and 96% of it is junk. 12 strand DNA seers disappeared over 6,000 years ago.

Sankrit mantra “OM MANI PADME HUM” for instance can activate junk DNA. This mantra is popular with Tibetan Buddhists. Mantras must be repeated 108 times. Why 108 times? Well, it’s a scared Sri Yantra Divine geometry. Triple lines of Sri Yantra intersect at 54 points of Ying and Yang. 54 is the number of Sanskrit alphabets. Sanskrit is a divine language from the DNA.
 

*Remember that when you chant OM you drag the mmmmmm*. The mmmm boosts the production of nitric oxide in the body.  Chanting improves the chakras and brings positive energies.


 

Mantras for cleansing the Aura

Mantras to cleanse the aura can help you boost your energy levels. Sometimes you feel tired or fatigued and perhaps emotionally drained.  This could mean that one of your seven chakras could be low or not balanced. Mantras can help align your chakras.
 

Mantra:  “RA MA DA SA SA SAY SO HUM OM “.

Always end a mantra with OM (pronounced AUM) to close your chakras. OM aligns the chakras so YOU MUST start and end with OM. This will bring you immense bliss and an internal and external glow to your body and ultimately cleanse the aura from negativity.t

 

Ganga mantra (healing purity of the mind body and soul)
 

Mantra:  "OM SHUDDHI DAATA GANGA MATA NAMO NAMO”.

The Ganga goddess brings light and delight and blesses those who worship. Ganga clears all negative energies.

 

 

Mantra for Anxiety
 

Mantra: “HARI OM”.

The word Hari: Cleanses sins, karma and erases pain and suffering.
